Mateo's Publishing Party - The Moon

Ever since 1st grade, all throughout the school year Mateo's class has been working on different writing assignments. When they finish the assignment, the class normally hosts a publishing party to share their work with the parents. The latest assignment was a research piece where they had to learn about a certain subject matter using different sources and then write about what they had learned.

Mateo's subject matter was the moon

Mateo's Last Day of Soccer Winter Season

So normally our weekends are quite busy with soccer, swimming, piano, etc, and this weekend was no different. Mateo has been playing soccer games at Chelsea Piers and today was his last game.

Here he is as goalie...he hates playing this position, but everyone has to take a turn at it

His team lost, but played a good game.
