Valentina at 1 Month - Kind of

So I wanted to try and capture several pictures of Baby V solo since I have heard from a lot of second borns and even more third borns that they rarely had pictures of them as kids by themselves. I am already running behind on my goal of getting her month old pictures.

MLV Get A Visit from Elena

Another day, another visit from family. Today we had a cousin a little closer to the kids in age - a cousin from the West coast, that's right folks Elena came to play.

And as you can see, Lucia took no time to get her into a princess dress

MLV Get More Family Visitors

Today the kids got to hang out with more family...hooray! Some came from sort of far while others were just across the river.

 Mommy's, cousin who is like a little sis, Gaia came to hang and watch World Cup soccer with us

 She also helped Lucia with this 100+ piece puzzle. As you can see Baby V wanted in on the action as well.

 We were also very happy to have cousins Jimmy, Yvonne and Katherine come to visit. Little V was mesmerized.

Grandma was happy to spend some time with the family too

Today was an all out family day. Tia Raqui Caqui was visiting with cousin Elena and relatives from all over NJ came to visit. It was a first meeting for Baby V.

Summer camp is filled with all types of fun activity and today Papi and I got hands on exposure to what Lucia was doing in her week at the Ooey Gooey Summer Camp.

Today we were learning how to make sorbet with salt, ice and cranberry juice. 

The best part? We got to taste the fruits of our labor.

M&L&V Celebrate after 4th of July

OK  so yesterday 4th of July was a bit of a bust because Aba and Abu didn't make it from Miami in time, but never fear they decided to make it up today with a pig roast.

V Celebrates Her First 4th of July

Today is the day to celebrate America's independence. It's time to break out the BBQ, get some ice cold drinks and watch fireworks. A big party was planned at Aba's house, but their flight from Miami was delayed, so they had to postpone it. Instead there was a quick backup get together planned at cousin's house, so some of the family went (Papi, Mateo and Lucia), but Mommy decided to stay home with Grandma and Valentina.
